In accordance with Organic Act 15/1999 of December 13th, on Personal Data Protection, the FUNDACIÓ GALA-SALVADOR DALÍ informs you that the data provided will be included in a file owned by the Foundation, for the purpose of providing the service requested and sending commercial communications, including by electronic means, about the artistic and cultural activities and services of the Foundation and/or of third parties. Whenever the provision of the service requested so requires, your personal data may be assigned to Distribucions d’Art Surrealista for purposes identical to those stated above.

Users may at any time, without retroactive effect, revoke their consent to receive commercial communications by electronic means, and exercise in the terms recognised under current legislation the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to processing of the personal data provided, by sending a written and signed request with the reference “Personal Data Protection” to the address Torre Galatea, Pujada del Castell 28, 17600 Figueres (Spain). This request will have to contain the following information: name and surname(s) of the person who exercises the right, photocopy of identity card or passport, and specific content of the right exercised.
