A new space is incorporated to the visit of the Salvador Dalí house in Portlligat. A round building placed in the olive grove the artist used as a secondary workshop. It had been the setting of many artistic actions, with transparent glass skylights, some mechanisms for blowing up balloons in the ceiling, and with pieces of firec clay with holes and embedded into the outer wall in such a way as to produce an echo when the tramuntana or the mestral winds blew strongly.

Inside this tour, one can now see an old piano Dalí used in some performances. Two audiovisuals simultaneously show images of the 60s and 70s with Salvador Dalí and his house as protagonists. This installation has been produced by Barcelona Multimedia.

About his usual residence, Dalí use to say: "Portlligat is the place of production. It is the perfect place for my work. Everything conspires so that it is thus: time passes more slowly and each hour has its exact dimension. There is a geological calm: it is a unique planetary case".
