An oil painting that formed part of his second one-man exhibition in the Dalmau Galleries in Barcelona, held from the 31st of December 1926 to the 14th of January 1927, which shows his first trip to Paris in April 1926, when he visited Picasso’s studio, who he considered a Master painter. It is a disturbing work due to the realist precision of the landscape compared to the imagined character, which we associate with a feminine stereotype of the fashion and publicity of the time. With this in mind, the advert for the Ford motor company stands out. In the painter’s final period in Figueres, in Torre Galatea, he had repeatedly insisted on his wish to recover this oil painting to exhibit it in his Theatre-Museum. He was finally able to acquire it and it is generally on show in the treasure Room.
