The Dalí Foundation has been notified of the ruling dated 13 October 2017 issued by the Court of First Instance no. 11 in Madrid. This ruling supports the Dalí Foundation and dismisses the plaintiff's claims. Furthermore, the court has ordered the plaintiff to pay legal costs. The Dalí Foundation will not make any financial evaluation until the ruling is made final.

This morning, the Dalí Foundation held an extraordinary meeting of its Board of Trustees to elect the new Chairman of the institution. Jordi Mercader will succeed Ramon Boixadós in the post, since the latter passed away last 12th August.
