Iberia\u2019s representative announced that the company would be placing the artist\u2019s name on a new plane, an Airbus 340-600, which would be coming into service in June this year.<\/p>\n<p>Referring to the announcement, the chairman of the Dal\u00ed Foundation, Ramon Boixad\u00f3s, said that \u201cSalvador Dal\u00ed will be once again flying through the sky\u201d, for the artist himself had previously created a work for Iberia, which was for a time on exhibition in the first-class compartment of a DF-10 plane and is now on view in the board of directors\u2019 meeting room at Iberia\u2019s head office.
