Salvador Dal\u00ed\u2019s graphic work spanned his entire career. It consists of an extensive and highly varied oeuvre created using a variety of processes and techniques that bear witness to the breadth of the artist\u2019s vision, his creativity and, also, his collaboration with master publishers and printers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Researchers have been studying the artist\u2019s graphic work for more than 20 years. From 2002 to 2016, the prints at the Dal\u00ed Theatre-Museum and from the Dal\u00ed collection included in the legacy the artist deposited with the Gala-Salvador Dal\u00ed Foundation, have been studied exhaustively, in collaboration with the Department of Arts, Conservation and Restoration and the Department of Visual Arts and Design at the University of Barcelona, as part of the project \u2018Study, documentation and characterization of the materials and techniques used in the graphic work of Salvador Dal\u00ed\u2019, as recorded in the Foundation\u2019s annual reports.<\/p>\n

The research project has continued in recent years up to the present day, with the aim of creating the Catalogue Raisonn\u00e9 of Salvador Dal\u00ed\u2019s Graphic Work<\/em>. This catalogue will reflect the work of long years of research and enable the establishment of the key guidelines for identifying the material and technical characteristics of the artist\u2019s graphic work. One of the goals of publishing the results will be to clarify and disseminate Dal\u00ed\u2019s work in this discipline. The publication of the online catalogue, which will be done in chronological sections, is planned for late 2025<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n \n\n \n \n
