- The documentary The secret life of Portlligat. Salvador Dalí's house, produced by the Foundation, won two awards at the Arte Non Stop Festival International Film & Art Festival BA 2017, held in Buenos Aires from 27 to 30 September: Best Documentary and Best Film. The film was among seven finalists in the documentary category selected from a total of 1,200 projects representing more than 80 countries from all over the world.
The jury explained its decision as follows: "In virtue of the artistic, poetic and romantic beauty the documentary transmits, not only regarding the renowned and majestic work of the great painter Salvador Dalí, but also through the narrative virtuosity that accompanies and explains the images, the content, the personal life and historic value by which the film presents the genius of Dalí and his home in Portlligat in his very essence, his work and his life, which serves to astonish us once more and leave us wanting to watch the film again and again."
