2. SERVICE PROVIDED
2.1 The Service
The Service offered by the Foundation through this Website is designed so that Users can have free access to various contents and information about the activities and services carried out by the Foundation, which promote, encourage, disseminate, enhance, protect, and defend the artistic, cultural, and intellectual work of the painter Salvador Dalí Domènech, his assets and rights of any kind, his life experience, his thoughts, his projects and ideas, artistic, intellectual and cultural works, his memory, and the comprehensive recognition of his brilliant contribution to the fine arts, culture, and contemporary thought.
In addition to the aforementioned free and informational service about the work of Salvador Dalí, the User may, through this Website:
a) Become a member of the “Friends of the Dalí Museums.”
b) Request appraisals of artworks, so that the Accreditation and Cataloguing Committee can analyze paintings and drawings in order to determine their authenticity (i.e., to guarantee that the work is by Salvador Dalí) and market value.
c) Reasoned catalog. Through the contact form provided in this section of the Website, the User may provide information about ownership of Salvador Dalí’s works for publication on this Website. The owner may identify themselves or choose to remain anonymous.
d) Submit their résumé to be included in recruitment or internship selection processes at the Foundation.
e) Access and, where applicable, contract the various products or services offered or provided by the Foundation at any given time through this Website, such as booking and/or purchasing tickets for Museums, requesting filming and photographic reports, or purchasing photographic material and rights to reproduce.
2.2 Third-Party Content, Advertising, and Links
Through this Website, the User may also access third-party information, mainly related to various cultural activities and services.
Third-Party Content: The Foundation does not guarantee nor take responsibility for the truthfulness, reliability, integrity, or legality of any advertisements, opinions, offers, proposals, products, goods, services, data, or other information displayed or distributed through this Website, which are not owned by the Foundation itself.
The User acknowledges and accepts that the Foundation is not responsible for third-party Content displayed or distributed through this Website. The Gala-Salvador Dalí Foundation expressly prohibits any reproduction of the works and image of Salvador Dalí, as well as any data linked to them. Introduction: With the information provided below, the GALA-SALVADOR DALÍ FOUNDATION (the Foundation) wants you to understand the privacy policy applied regarding your personal data.

- Requesting art appraisals so that the Accreditation and Cataloging Committee can analyze paintings and drawings to determine their authenticity (i.e., guaranteeing they are works by Salvador Dalí) and market value.
- Catalogue raisonné: through the contact form enabled in this section of the website, users may provide information about ownership of Salvador Dalí’s works so that it appears published on this Website. Owners may identify themselves or remain anonymous.
- Sending your résumé to be included in job or internship selection processes at the Foundation; such data will be kept for a maximum period of two years, with the purpose of being considered in different selection processes.
- Accessing and, where applicable, contracting the various products or services offered or provided by the Foundation through this website at any given time, such as booking and/or purchasing Museum tickets, requesting filming and photographic reports, or purchasing photographic material and licensing reproduction rights.
- Social Networks: We inform you that we have an active presence on Social Networks. The processing of data from persons who follow (and/or perform any connection or interaction through Social Networks) the Foundation’s official pages on social networks will be governed by this section, the Legal Notice of the Foundation’s website, and the terms of use, privacy policies, and other access or use regulations applicable to the corresponding social network. The Foundation uses virus detection programs to monitor all content uploaded to the Website.
