Two universal figures and two radically innovative ways of understanding artistic creation, in a proposal that connects Modernism and Surrealism through a unique cultural experience. With this combined ticket, you can experience a journey through genius, creative freedom and the capacity to transform art into a total experience, guided by two universal geniuses. Visiting the two spaces shows us how nature inspired both Dalí and Gaudí. Stones that look like waves, forms born from the imagination. Nature transformed into art.
Practical information
Discover a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in art and architecture with our new combined product, which brings together two of Catalonia’s most singular cultural experiences: La Pedrera, Antoni Gaudí’s last civil work in Barcelona, and the Dalí Theatre-Museum in Figueres, the masterpiece of the Empordà artist.
How to get there
Please remember that the itinerary involves travel between two towns (Figueres and Barcelona).
The Dalí Theatre-Museum is located in Figueres, approximately 140 km from Barcelona, and is easily accessible from the city.
By train (recommended option): From Barcelona Sants station, you can take a high-speed train (AVE or Avant) to Figueres Vilafant. The journey takes between 55 minutes and 1 hour. Once at Figueres Vilafant, you can reach the Dalí Theatre-Museum in about 15 minutes by taxi or approximately 25 minutes on foot. There are also regional trains (Rodalies) to Figueres, with an approximate journey time of 1 hour and 50 minutes.
By car: From Barcelona, the journey takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes via the AP-7 motorway towards Girona/Figueres. There are several public car parks near the museum.
By bus: Several companies offer daily connections between Barcelona and Figueres. The journey takes between 2 and 2 hours 30 minutes.
We recommend planning your journey in advance to ensure a comfortable visit with no unexpected issues.
